These Terms of Service govern access to sgaonkd.com and purchases made through the store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using the store

You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate, current information. You may not misuse the website, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the store in a way that disrupts service, or use the store to violate another person's rights.

Product information

We aim to describe products, specifications, compatibility, materials, dimensions and colours accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. Images are illustrative and packaging may change. Please review the dedicated product page before ordering and contact us if a characteristic is essential to your decision.

Prices and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Taxes, delivery charges and discounts are displayed before the order is submitted where applicable. Payment is subject to authorisation and fraud checks by payment providers. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before dispatch; if this affects your order, we will contact you and offer cancellation and refund.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request but does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when it is dispatched or when we otherwise confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions, an obvious error or unlawful activity. If a cancelled order was paid, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within two business days. Standard delivery is free for merchandise subtotals of €35 or more; orders below €35 incur a €4.90 delivery fee. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, address issues and events outside reasonable control. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. Eligible physical products also include a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Conditions, exclusions, return costs and claim steps are set out in the Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.

Intellectual property

The store design, original text, graphics, branding and other content made available through sgaonkd.com are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the store for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, publish or commercially exploit protected content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Third-party services and links

The store may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment providers and carriers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control, although this does not limit responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.

Warranty disclaimer

Except for express commitments in our policies and rights guaranteed by law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Product warranties are limited to the scope stated in the Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by misuse, or loss arising from events outside reasonable control. Any liability relating to a product remains subject to applicable consumer law.

Changes and availability

We may update the store, policies or these terms when reasonably necessary for operational, technical or legal reasons. The terms in effect when your order is accepted will normally govern that purchase unless a change is required by law.

Severability and no waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

Governing rules

These terms are governed by applicable law, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in the courts or dispute-resolution bodies available in your place of residence.
